Simply closed? No. Quantum clearly did not check the death scene based on what I watched and heard in the video, plus how he was talking to/about the player was out of line for a staff member. It likely warrants a strike based on the listed system but a verbal may suffice. But to simply close would be inappropriate.

Sorry for the delay here we are still trying to decide what the best solution will be. We will update once we have a solution.
