Other:  I had previously banned these two in game but my ban didn't stick due to my name at the time. I changed it for reasons and forgot to adjust it back before the ban.

Be careful of using screenshots as your sole evidence. The way you have them included in the ban request, makes it difficult to see the times/rounds they take place. They are also easy to argue against if an unban request is made.
