First report on a forum, I'm used to doing these on a server.

Offender's Name & Steam ID: Danget/Tyronewatermelon/watermelons. STEAM_0:0:625438532

Potential Witnesses: Scubaspy, Chaos.

Reason to Ban: Multiple gag evades and used racial slurs remarkably often.
