Other: Player Brown had odd movement and aim. not sure if cheats but ghosting was involved nevertheless 

Doesn't really look like cheats, just either had an awful dollar store mouse or was using a trackpad/trackball
+1 for epic ghosting fail

Players have been temp banned for ghosting.
