I definitely think there are some things you can improve on, professionalism, report handling, keeping cool in some situations.

I do think these are thinks you can work on as a T-Mod tho.

+1 just be sure to continue keeping a cool head and reinforce the things you’re good at (and obviously don't vanish after getting promoted please, at least not right away lol), other than that just keep doing what you’re doing and you’ll be just fine

At this time your application for Tmod has been DENIED. Our reasoning for this is that right now we believe you are not in a positive mental state to handle the responsibilities of Tmod.
Specifically the recent incident, instead of trying to think from an objective mindset you made your judgements being fueled by raw emotion, that is not something we want of a Tmod.
