Considering their history and their behavior today with the personal attacks and insults against other players, they need to take time away from the server. That was not okay.

He's still gag evading and ungagging himself, just remove his donor.
I had told him in game that he had an abuse thread open a few days ago.

Since this user has had several issues that are new, as well as a history. Their donor has been removed, blatant abuse gets you no where good.
