1: Biased answer because I am a born and raised New Yorker, so NY style is the ONLY way to go.

2: Eh, not my cup of tea but people can like what they like. Will I eat pineapple on Pizza? No, but that shouldn't stop others from eating it if they want to.

3: Oh man, when I was taking a few class at Westchester Community College in Valhalla NY, there was this small pizza joint right at the exit of the highway. It was a place that clearly had been around forever since all their menu boards were clearly older. Still, their pizza slices were GIGANTIC, didn't cost a fortune, and it was without question the best tasting pizza I've ever had. 

I know I'm a bit late here, but I'll give my answers anyway!

1. Pepperoni all the way!
2. Pineapple doesn't work on pizza. Nice on its own though :)
3. Pizza Express is a great place to get pizza in my eyes. When it comes to budget pizzas, there's this company called Goodfellas and their pepperoni pizza is really quite satisfactory!

I must give an honourable mention to meat feast pizza.
