Reason to Ban: Hacking (UAV, walls)
Proof:
This hacker had UAV and stopped going prop to prop when I spectated him, so I watched him in spectator for two rounds.
They had no friends on, and as the first hunting round where I freespec shows, he starts immediately going prop to prop.
Most damning is that at one point he finds a prop and calls them by their name when there were no chat/VC clues as to who that prop was. Please check the timestamps. Since I freespec'd this guy, I put more timestamps than I usually do for hackers.
