So as far as kick evading and rule 15, I don't think there's anything worth banning over. There isn't really a kick evade. Someone who is kicked is either going to come back or not.

However, they were ghosting really hard and the proof is there so they will be banned a day for ghosting. Also those are interesting sounds lol
