I did not disconnect willingly and I was unaware I had a slay on me. The server crashed and disconnected everyone from the game, so I decided to call it a day and got off GMod.

I believe checking the server logs around 5-13-17 22:37:30 can confirm that I only disconnected when the server crashed.

EDIT: Just cleaning up my post and making it more concise.

The server never crashed, you left in the middle of a round after being reported.
