Hello, I dont know what spawn area this is but I got stuck underneath the map, underneath sewers area.

Spawning under the map on gas station is very rare, but can occur when the server is nearly full.
Unfortunately, if staff aren't on to teleport you, there isn't much you can do but wait for the round to end.

Sadly if there are no staff around you are stuck and is probably best if type kill in the console.
