Reason to Ban: Some sort of RDM and Leave

So 2 of the 4 slays were from the new map, where they just murder their T buddy right off the bat. Other 2 slays were from the 6th round (last one) of the previous map where they RDMed two people. So its not Mass RDM, I think it would be 3 x RDM and Leave although it was 4 slays.
(This happened yesterday, forgot to make the ban request because of being tired.)
