Other: 

• After killing dankster, they stood still for the rest of the round.
  
• Unfortunately, this was the only evidence I have since they had left the game afterward.
  
• Only found that they had a VAC Ban and Game Ban before. (Image Below)
  

Although it isn't a ton of evidence as far as hacking goes I'd say it's fairly straight forward that they're cheating. Too many of the kills are too far fetched.
