i was never able to listen to music while studying my adhd brain can only handle so much focus at one time

Sabaton, Powerwolf, Wind Rose, Gloryhammer, FFDP, video game soundtracks, rock, etc.
If I ever wanna calm down or have school work to do I usually listen to Aquatic Ambience from Donkey Kong country

I listen to many types of genre's, but if I'm studying or in class I listen to something more entergetic to keep my ass awake (and motivated).

I unironically listen to the Dark Souls III OST when I need to focus on something. Something about the high intensity of the music helps me concentrate on what I need to get accomplished.
