Yah I know from playing around with audio equipment as a job in the past & just playing with voice changers that this is very much not just a scuffed mic 
but the fake static option on something like voice mod (probably voicemod it's the most popular one)

+1 to day ban nothing will be gain trying to appeals to this kind of stuff.

Banned a day for consistent mic spam/voice changer.
