Considering that your strikes were a few months ago WITH your recent only being from 2 months ago, why not, I’ll support a +1. I was a little skeptical, but I think personally, you have improved over the course of your ban and hopefully you can improve on up from here!  :)

I do not see the use of the N word as a bannable offence since you have not used it in a discriminative way to offend anyone, at least in the examples that Reina provided. But the pedo joke was incredibly unacceptable & very wrong of you. There is not a single environment where those kind of jokes are accepted & hopefully you have learned that by now.

I understand the said video was insensitive. I didn't think it was but I think from a different perspective.
