Idk if I'm missing something here but if it's ghosting shouldn't there be another player on this report?(unless it was verbal ghosting in which you can kick me out the door)

Yeah this is not ghosting it's a combination of radar & aim hacks. Basically you can tell wen someone is using radar wen they play as if there looking at another screen. As for the aim hacks you can tell from the aim being locked in place with a odd jitter to it the only reason he would have miss that can would have been lag (High ping) +1 for permanent yeet.
