Are admins able to IP ban? He has 3 known accounts now. He's probably going to keep making new accounts and family sharing Gmod.

Yeah they can IP ban, will have to let them know next time he is on rather then just out right boot him since there the only ones that can grab it. It's not always a permit solution however.

I don't care if he's responsible for the creation of beans. He can be responsible for serving his ban. Bopped. Like all of the others will remain to be.
