With respect, if something me has a shitty mic that impedes game communication, that is 100% gaggable.
If the kick was warranted then this can be closed without action, especially since the accused is now on the forums and likely has reviewed the guidelines.

We have decided not to issue a formal strike at this time, however, @Singe (and all donors) please notify staff of any issues before taking matters into your own hands.
