Can confirm, i was on at the time. 
From what i saw Ablazekiller101 just randomly kicked Dovleen for "kicking him".
At no point to my knowledge did Ablazekiller101 get kicked but he claimed he had and that it was Dovleen who kicked him.

Yeah, nothing shows that Dovleen had kicked him or not. Either way, he shouldn't be kicking someone without reason and evidences. I would say about a warning on him since this is his first offense.

Player will be verbally warned and given the donor guidelines, If this behaviour continues, we will look at his rank being removed
