Would it be feasible to remove pinned posts from the 'latest posts' column?
I naturally check the pinned posts first, then check latest posts.
It's a minor issue but I feel other threads get buried down the list, and having pinned posts removed from Latest posts solves that issue.

This is a fair point, and likely came up as I just recently increased the pinned post limit. Not sure how feasible this is but will poke around and see what I can do. Thanks for the suggestion.
