ok so
just a thought
why not just unban and reban so it comes up with a proper name? its been almost three years, if it was a legitimate unban request itd likely be accepted if it was in earnest anyway, and there is nothing aside from a small amount of effort lost, bro just wants a name change more than anything
sounds dickish not to imo
we're gonna ignore the part where i missed that it was a one day ban, point still stands
Is there a way to “void” bans with gbans?

gbans will still have a record of the original ban with the original name

only through dink
It's not a tall ask it's just who you're asking is probably not going to deal with it. This appeal is 9 months old lmao. I know because I also still have access that I shouldn't have. Per acting PH Admins or what not, it would be accepted. They just have to have Dink tinker with it. Probably should just close this.
Hi.
active mod here.
Yeah, I can go ask Dinkleburg/ask another admin to go ask dinkleburgs. Don't hold your breath though, it may take a while/never, pending dinks. But do know that at this point, for something so minor, you have already been absolved of any guilt, as even if the ban were a true ban, it amounts to a slap on the wrist, and the punishment is so long expired as to not ever be relevant. I am happy to go argue your case up to dinkleburgs, so fingers crossed, and hopefully, I will not see you in the Gbans database sometime in the future.
as of 12/12/24, 21:33 EST, it has been requested to Dinks. From this point, its up to him.
thanks yall.
