I think during February, lets say on saturday evenings. Ideally it would be only the first saturday, but lets see how much gets cleared on the first saturday.

you choose date/time with your opponent before midnight next saturday, EST. 

as to the game mode, take the five possible games. you and your opponent eliminate one game, then play the remaining three games against each other. whoever wins 2 of 3 or 3 of 3 wins the matchup.
