why would i want to challenge the warn if the challenge date exceeds the time for when im actually unbanned???

I think chili means "why would I appeal this warn when the warn threshold ban will expire before I am allowed to appeal it?"
To which the answer is because the warn will last quite a bit longer than the ban.
