What have been some challenges you've faced as a Tmod?: Mostly de-escalation, but much less so from trusted to tmod. Otherwise, my time as tmod has gone really smooth.

What have you done well as Tmod?: I've done most of the staff things well as a tmod as well as being there to spec/unspec people or myself to tp someone so they aren't stuck. Also, the few times I've been on without a Moderator on I've been able to karma ban people who need threshold bans.

What, in your mind, makes someone a good candidate for Mod? Do you feel that you exemplify these qualities?: First and foremost, someone who is good at making decisions. Moderators are the closest thing to admins in terms of autonomy when it comes to bans and if you're good at making the decisions you are automatically going to be a better candidate for mod than someone who would rather be told what to do as a staff member (Both of these types of people can be excellent staff members, not saying one is inherently better than the other in terms of actual staffing.). I also think someone who is well known in the community and someone who applies themselves in the community is a good candidate for mod because it's always good to know people and have people know you.

If the only thing holding me back from getting accepted is my admittedly inconsistent activity, then I'd ask for the staff app to be paused instead of denied so I can reach the activity minimum
