Hey there Frost, I wanna let you know right off the bat that I think you should be unbanned.

I also want to get this out of the way, but the discussions surrounding the delay should be kept separate from this appeal, as I feel it warrants a greater discussion in a separate thread, one where I'm fully willing to talk further about the subject.

While I was hoping that you would have taken the time since your ban to reflect on your actions, it seems to me that you still insist on deflecting responsibility for your very own actions by casting that responsibility upon me. We need to take responsibility for our own mistakes. I will admit I didn't live up to the expectations you seem to have of me as a staff member and player. I am sorry for not being good enough. I am sorry for wasting the time of anyone who was waiting patiently to play the game. I am sorry that this whole mess has left both you and other members of this community from being able to enjoy the game at its fullest in your absence. 

I am not sorry for what you did that round, because I can't be sorry for something I had no role in committing. 

All my grief put to rest, I have no issues with you Frost. You have never treated me with contempt or indifference, and I have no reason to treat you any differently from the other members I enjoy playing with in this community.

As with how I started this reply, regardless of the faults that lie between us, I would like to see you unbanned Frost. +1

on topic, can anyone confirm how many reports were made and kept? if there were only three and one was invalid, then the ban would be invalid

Take frosts ban and give it to theblandbanana for buying awp on eclipse

+1 for reduction, neutral on a full unban. At least in my opinion, permabanning is best reserved for someone who obviously doesn't intend to engage in good faith with the community, and Frost is a known regular. This was a one-time thing caused by some ridiculous delaying, not a major behavior issue or some dumb kid massing for fun and getting banned. I like Rox5tar's idea of reducing it to a week or two ban as there needs to be some consequences here, but Frost isn't the type of person we want to get rid of permanently.

The rdm was non malicious as the intent was to speed up the round and maintain the flow of gameplay that was being obstructed due to a delayer.

Delayers are big problem. I often have to skirt the rules to kill delayers because staff do not enforce the rules upon them.

There were only 3 reports made and 3 reports kept. 2 made by innocents and 1 created from the last traitor.

+1 Frost had a momentary lapse in judgement and should not be perma banned for it. Free our crowbar champion ✊

+1 for unban. When it comes to mass rdm in particular, I like to look at it situationally when an appeal comes around. Was it the right thing to do in the circumstances? No. But, more often than not, if it was a judgment lapse mass such as this that isn’t habitual ot meant to be a minge, a permanent ban is excessive. I can get it being some warn points going forward but I think time served is enough for the ban as is

+1 delayers should not be able to report anyways (they're ruining the game for everyone else)
