What have been some challenges you've faced as a Trusted?: Handling an overly chaotic server as only staff with >6 reports per map, not giving in to ragebait / furthering arguments

What have you done well as Trusted?: Overall I think I've maintained a pretty positive reputation as Trusted. I'm active on the staff discord (and often in the #ttt channel on main) and constantly looking to improve the server. I promptly handle reports and submit ban requests with evidence for hacks/minge, etc. I try to be as thorough with my watchlist evidence as possible.

Other: Unfortunately I took a pretty long break after getting accepted but I've been back playing for the past few months and think I'm ready to take the next step in helping out the community. Easiest +1 I've ever done on a forum. One of the nicest people I know, and even if he put 5% of his kindness and his responsible attitude he has into moderating, he would certainly go above and beyond. I'm looking forward to a great TMod with this one!

Erm I would have to give this a +1. I think that you have done really well the times we are on together, and you have a good understanding of the rules and the game as a whole.
