Potential Witnesses: I posted a video in the ph discord channel

Reason to ban: Rule 4, no bigotry, fairly confident discussing your favorite racial slurs constitutes bigotry, a similar incident happened a few days prior however it was brushed off by milk chan, who appears to have been present for today's incident as well, however they may have been afk, but they were most definitely present the other day when one of these individuals was harassing a user in the chat for "typing in ebonics" as well as numerous racist and homophobic remarks

This was already taken care of before this post, along with other stuff that was happening/ still ongoing. Thanks for the report.
