So it's been about a week since I became Tmod and i'm wondering: How am I doing?

What am I doing well
Where can I improve
What aspects of the MOTD do I excel in
What aspects do I need to revise or have clarified
Am I too aggressive with slays
Too lenient on punishment


Input input input. Be brutal, I'm not going to learn anything from sugar coated responses.

Learn the rules better and learn to handle things more maturely, especially when it comes to shutting down arguments

I mean it's not entirely narcissitic, he's just asking what he's doing right. But by the wording of it I can sort of see where you're coming from
