Go ahead if you feel you're ready. Even if you don't get it this time, it's good for feedback on what to improve on.
Do it on what you believe in. Don't make a poll on what other think if you're ready or not.
I voted no because this isn't necessary.
Regardless what happens, it is always good to just apply. Let's you know your strengths and your weaknesses.
Anyone should re-apply if they have taken suggestions and improved
