I realize that I can take the initiative and make an application to promotion, but I value the community's decision more than my own. I do not want to apply unless the community wants me to. I am very strict on that, and I don't think that should change. If anyone has a voice on the stance I've taken, any advice, or just wants to talk, please do so.
