+1 for an Unban, he has been persistent in trying to get back into are server, and like everyone else is saying, just ban him again if he does a bad.

To clarify that thing he is just friends with eagle and eagle referred chip here.

You might want to consider requesting a vouch from eagle.

Those who might not know Eagle, He is a highly regarded former staff member of the community years back who resigned on good terms.
Great person Wish he played more.

If you are unfamiliar with eagle and see eagle on i recommend you give him a shout, Get to know him. You wont regret it.
