Ok, so a couple months ago I suggested a ULX command that switched a player to the other team.  Well, I updated the code so when a person is forcedswapped while they are in spectator, it switches them randomly to Hunters or Props. Now we don't have to kick people for doing sitting in spectator the first time and just force them to a team if they don't do so in time.
