So when you end up respawning at the start of the next round you will lose your player model/ Be reverted back to default. While this is fixable by reequiping the item. Its rather tedious and it honestly just seems like a bug.

it's something i'm aware of and plan on fixing. it's not top of the list at the moment but it's up there
