My opinion doesn't matter here, but I think if you've waited almost half a year and even remember wanting to play on this server, you're good in my book.

There's no need for this 'what-if' or 'not likely' shit. If he does stuff again, ban him again. That simple.

It wasn't. The OP posted in the archive. Players still can post there because no one has gone back to prevent players from posting in there via their permissions.

In other words, stop posting in the archives. It's where finished Ban/Unban Requests are meant to be moved to.
