If you get promoted you cannot sponsor someone for at least 1 month after you get promoted.
For example Helen gets mod and can't immediately sponsor soup.
If you sponsor someone you have to wait 2 weeks to sponsor someone else.
This is to stop people from sponsoring 20 people at once.
