CONTEXT: Blinkky had RDMed an innocent by accident and walked up to me an asked me to kill him. I told him no and another innocent (Stas) killed him instead. I'm not sure if tcanscs is missing a few brain cells up in the old think tank or if it was intentional. He left after about a minute of hovering over the report I submitted. This leads me to believe it was intentional.

Yeah he just kinda killed ExiledShadows, damaged someone else, died and left after he got reported.
