Today on the TTT server I attempted to buy two keys for Minor weapons crates and both times the points were deducted from my account but the keys were not added to my inventory. Is anyone else having similar problems and how do I resolve this?

Pointshop occasionally has issues like this; generally the solution is to relog ('retry' in console) and the keys should be there.
I haven't heard of this happening regularly but its usually fixed with a relog, but for now you have them 2 keys back son.
