I dont have a steel series mouse but my last 2 headsets have been from them, the first one i had lasted a year and a half then it got a crack in it, I asked them about it and they said send it in and we will give u credit to buy a new one and gave me $300 to spend at their store which i bought another headset with and it has been great so far. Overall the quality of their shit imo it pretty good and so is their customer service. I'm going to be getting a new mouse and keyboard soon and will probably using steel series for both.
