Someone clearly has not heard of the Enigma machine. If you properly decipher the text through cryptanalysis, it reads "Welcome back to the server, Mr. Keychain. We've missed you quite a bit. Get to work making a cool new custom map."

It looks like the issue at the top of the forums screen some people have

I had that issue too when I came back after a while. I signed out of steam on browser, cleared cache, disabled adblocker for this site, and prayed. Apparently one of those things fixed it.

The mere fact that he’s posting it means he realizes it’s an error on top of the forum page 

I was responding to everyjuan since it's the same issue they fixed for someone else
