So, I'm just going to go ahead and make a guess that the local server gamemode files were corrupted by a crash while they were in the process of begin loaded.

You need to verify the checksums for the server's gamemode files with fresh gamemode files from Steam
If they do not match you need to update the servers files with new ones.

Oh this is fixed, all you have to usually do is a map change and it'll reset
