Other: I kicked him twice and he continued to come back. He voiced over VC how to get out of map multiple times and continued to exit map even after being teleported multiple times.

+1 also abuses the unstuck command which I put a 12hour ban on him for and ive gagged him for trolling before.

I banned him for 3 days. That'll give him enough time to think and realize that we're serious when we say he needs to stop.
