Other: I usually don't post such a short video or just one video, but I felt the evidence was sufficient when even the other players are saying the guy is cheating.  Player had 3 mins on server and Eliminated most of the prop team in under 90 second. 

+1 while I was spectating him, every time he fired his aim would bounce up and down like he's locking onto them. As I said in the video I was also recording if you need to see it in 1st person.
