It’s clearly meant for graveyard staff. Those staff members up in the wee hours of the night like midnight to 6 AM, or something. Rather than ping a bunch of people that don’t want to be bothered, you just ping graveyard shift staff members.

I like the idea of the Graveyard role for the servers, it'd be pretty helpful and hopefully would get more of the awake at odd hours of the night staff members than waking folk up.
