Other: He threw an incen and 2 people decided to stand in it and another got caught in the explosion.
I personally think this should be a reduction because in general he is a good member of the ttt community. he made me feel very welcome when i first started here

Played with Swan Police plenty of times to know he's a good regular, should be unbanned.

Yeah swan is generally a pretty cool guy, never seen him really do much before so +1 for reduction / unban with slays added.
Kind of wondering why he didn't make this himself, though.

I've seen him say himself he didn't want unbanned. Did you ask before posting this

You'd have to ask him, I saw it in a mutual discord we share.

+1 I’m sure swan has a lot of knowledge for the rules and did not intend for Mass RDM

Honestly though, he's been around a while and knows his way around server quite well. I don't think he would ever intend to mass.
