Other: He had hurt afk's earlier in a round with a brick but it didnt show up in logs and from what Wild told me this isn't his first offense with propkilling.

To add to this, he's been on before and I have muted/gagged him for saying multiple racial slurs and bigotry. He would take the slays, but abuse admin chat by insulting staff. I unfortunately the 12 screenshots from his past occurances because I assumed he was done with us, but this night he came back and I warned Pengy about the issue about this guy. He does not care for us gagging him, he will keep insulting and harassing.
