Hey guys , I logged into the dinklebergs' website and it says I only have 8 hours and 51 minutes of playing time, but as of this post i have 1D 8HÂ 24M on the GMOD PROPHUNT server and I really want this issue to be somehow fixed or something because I wanna work up for test mond and a whole another day of playing time would take forever , please have this issue fixed or help me fix it thank you!

if you are referring to this, forum hours are different than in-game hours. It's how much time you've spent on the forums, not in-game. If you're referring to in-game hours from gametracker you have to be online at the same time as an Admin, So nuru, prince, or fish and they can fix it.
If I remember correctly, you will need to be on the same time as an admin+ for your time to be adjusted. As well as a list of names that you have had/used during your tenure on the server. This can generally be found on gametracker to prove your correct time.
I've have talked to him about it and it was indeed the forum time. I believe this is sorted out.
