Dinkleberg's GMod

Hi, I was wondering  if you guys have a gmod server, and is starting one like Dinklebergs server, or moat, would it be profitable?/What are the benefits/cons?

Pros - Everyone is nice and friendly 

Cons - Everyone is good at TTT and I get killed alot
