oooof i recently purchased premium points and have yet to receive them, so i wanted to ask if there is something or someone i can talk to about the situation

sometimes map change or relogging works. if not then yeah talk to dink

if you just bought them try relogging or wait for a map change. If they still aren't there like Hani said you message dink on discord just make sure you have a proof of purchase like a ss showing you bought it

Also, sometimes the payment take a while to be fully transferred through paypal. When I donated, it took over a week for the payment to go through.
