Other: (Optional) In the first video i was watching ciLk and then A 9 Joined also i trying to get my recording to work thats why i was a bit slow to handle the situation sorry. after that Video the next map Ryuji and Mono joined and i tried getting a 2nd vid but it was all over the place and not very good so.

As of right now, with the guidelines we have this person should have been gagged and muted for a round. There does not appear to be a map gag or mute shown with the current evidence. I will not jump straight to a ban yet, I will wait to see what the additional evidence offers first.

Since no evidence has appeared I do not believe there is enough here for a ban at this time.
